ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION AND CONTROL PROGRAM (ADAPCP). Operates in two buildings. The Counseling Center and the Civilian Program Coordinator (CPC) are on the first floor of Bldg 324, and the Alcohol Drug Control Office, the prevention education classroom, and the urine collection point are located next door in Bldg 241. The Counseling Center is recognized as a "flagship" program for the Army and is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It strives for a rapid return to productive functioning with minimal disruption to current duty needs. Those with seriously debilitated impairment are provided for in the Track III regional treatment facility. A two-week inpatient alcohol and drug program serves adolescents and above and other CHAMPUS eligible adults.
