Infantry Training Brigade (ITB) report to report to 30TH AG BN (RECEPTION) 2ND INF DIV RD Sand Hill INITIAL ENTRY TRAINING (IET) SOLDIERS: If you are coming to Fort Benning for basic training or advanced individual training (AIT), you will be taken to the Reception Station, Sand Hill, Building 3020, where you will process through several stations, prior to being assigned to your unit. If you are married and are coming here for basic or AIT, remember this is a temporary stopping place. Once you have completed training, you will receive orders and most likely leave Fort Benning. It is not a good idea for your family to move here with you. Until you are ready to make your first move after completion of training, it is best not to uproot the family. You will have a great deal on your mind, with a full schedule, and you need to focus on training.
